Why are they not worth much from 80's-90's? No good products in those 2 decades? I thought the Griffey Jr. and Sosa cards would probably be good too.
Would like to know the prices on these cards please:
92-93 Fleer Ultra NBA award winner Michael Jordan card 1 of 5(also Oneil crd 5of 5)
1990 card #200 Michael Jordan NBA Hoops
Oneil rookie cards from 93 or 94 from UpperDeck, Fleer, Skybox,
Thanks Hines

TheRx probably spent more money paying bandwith for you post than the value of those cards.

I just went through my box of baseball cards and some of the surprising findings:

3 screw cases with a Todd Van Popel Rookie card in each
A screw case with a Chris Brown Rookie card
A screw case with a Mark McGuire USA Team Rookie
3 Screw cases with a Dan Marino Rookie
1 screw case with Shawn Dunston
1 Screw case with Don Mattingly Rookie
1 Screw case with David Robinson Rookie
1 Screw Case with Marquis Grissom Rookie
1 Screw Case with Delino Deshields Rookie
1 Screw case with Dennis Eckersly 12th year
1 Screw case with Willie McGhee 10th year

To sum it up I think my screw cases are worth more than the cards.

I did find Barry Bonds rookies thrown in a box of cards and Greg Maddox Rookie just tossed in the same box. Wow what was I smokin???

The Marino's and the McGwire would sell, that's about it though. The card industry is a fickle mistress.

On average, cards from the 80's are worth less than 10 years ago. That oversized trunk of cards that you've lugged from residence to residence every year of your life suddenly wasn't worth the effort after all. Sucks.

Rawpimple's Baseball Card Vault:

Todd Van Poppell rookie galore.
Ben McDonald rookie Galore.
Mike Mussina rookie Galore.
Scott Erickson, rookie galore.

Barry Bonds rookie, chillin all bent up, with Greg Maddux rookie.

Who's this Alex Rodriguez guy? Fuck that, I need to make room for this Shawn Kemp rookie card.

You also have like a Dwight Gooden shrine. If that guys card had stock, it would be Enron. Arrested 100 times.

David Robinson rookie is in like a vault. Thats the only one you had a decent guess on, and even that card is probably worth 50% off a Snickers bar.

You put your life savings into screw cases for these players rookie cards:

Mookie Blalock
Shawn Kemp
David Robinson
Rocket Ismail (bwhahahahahaha, you got like 9 of these)
Michael Jordan playing double A
Ben McDonald
Todd Van Poppel
Dwight Gooden
Mike Mussina
David Justice (wow, this one is in a vault too for some reason)
Joey Belle (albert belle)
Ron Gant
Greg Jeffries (wow u thought this guy was the next babe ruth)
Todd Zeile
Danny Tartabull
Vince Coleman
Jose Offerman
Scott Erickson (see Todd Van Poppel)
Daryl Strawberry (see dwight gooden)

You know if crack dealers had rookie cards, your Dwight Gooden and Daryl Strawberry might be worth something.

Also strangely, I found some Julio Franco cards that were ripped up, and you drew the devil ears and mustache on him, I couldnt figure that one out.

How about having 40 George Bell rookie cards...:missingte

On Mcgwire, I actually was smart and had six of those olympic cards and sold them all getting about $800..but the baseball card market seems to be dead.

The only card i really value is an 84 fleer update Roger Clemens.

Cards from that era were GROSSLY overproduced. With ball cards, like other collectibles, it's all about scarcity :103631605

Someone stole my 1997 Upperdeck Superb Signature Vladimir Guerrero. I was offered $200 for it 9 years ago and I can only imagine what it's worth now.
